Supervision Package
- Welcome to our Behavior Shadow training program, a comprehensive and empowering initiative designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to become effective Behavior Shadows.
Behavior Shadows play a crucial role in supporting individuals with special needs, assisting them in navigating social environments, managing behaviors, and promoting overall development. Our training program offers a structured curriculum led by experienced professionals in the field of special education and behavioral therapy.
- Supervision Package
- 4 hours training per month (including Life Skills Hub 12-course Behavior Shadow Workshop)
- 4 hours of “hub huddle” meetings per month (Behavior Shadow attends Life Skills Hub internal staff meeting)
- 1 hour of classroom observation per month
- 1 hour of VIP school team meeting per month (hosted at the school with the school team, Life Skills Hub team, and client family)
- Creation of a Behavior Support Plan (BSP) based on student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Supervision of data collection based on BSP
- 1 month complementary Facilitated Social Group enrollment
- 10% off other program fees
* Please note that it is mandatory to complete the 12 course Behavior Shadow Workshop before being able to complete the Supervision Package
