NickiiJean (Nicole Alexander) is a highly experienced Applied Behavior Specialist with a strong background in the United States, earning her undergraduate degree in Child and Adolescent Behavior from California University of Northridge. She pursued her Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and has over 15 years of experience in clinical settings, parent training, shadow teaching, and vocational assistance. Nicole is deeply committed to promoting inclusion, curriculum modification, and vocational programming.
In 2016, Nicole began a new journey in Qatar, actively contributing to the GCC community. She co-founded The Life Skills HUB, an inclusive resource HUB focusing on fostering social and vocational skills. Nicole is not only a dedicated advocate for the autism community but also a vocal supporter of women’s health awareness. In 2020, she introduced The Teal Society organization to Qatar, dedicated to raising awareness about gynecological cancers. Through her sessions, Q&A engagements, and ongoing efforts, Nicole challenges stereotypes and invites others to join the inclusion movement. She continues to make a remarkable impact on both the autism community and women’s health awareness, leaving a lasting legacy of compassion, understanding, and empowerment. Nicole’s dedication and drive serve as an inspiration for those she works with, all striving for a more inclusive and accepting world.
